Michael Aaron Gallagher grew up around radio stations, and he often helped out at their promotional events. As a child, his voice appeared in an award-winning radio spot for the National Safety Council. He eventually took to the radio airwaves for a summer internship in high school as a DJ for Syracuse University’s pop music radio station Z89. Since then, he has attended hundreds of concerts, enjoyed backstage passes and VIP meet-and-greets and worked with many contacts in the music business as an entertainment reporter and press photographer.
