Based on the classic love story “Romeo and Juliet,” the film asks the question, “What if the tragedy of Romeo and Juliet wasn’t that they died… but that they lived?”
“When I interviewed actor Keegan Allen about ‘Pretty Little Liars’ back in March, he talked about how dedicated Troian was as an actress and he told me about her love for Shakespearean plays. I was impressed, and it really stayed with me,” Gallagher said. “I knew that she would bring that passion and dedication not only to writing but also starring in her film, and that she would bring a powerful story to the screen.”
The film was screened at the San Diego Film Festival and the MARFA Film Festival.
